is this a bluetooth mouse

IF you are asking about tbe same Logitech M350 Pebble Mouse that has a removable usb dongle hidden INSIDE it next to the battery), then YES, it IS a Bluetoth Mouse, despite 'RichHybrid' & 'dnikop' saying it is NOT bluetooth. They are both wrong. I know it is bluetooth because I bought one. But unfortunately even though it connects to iPhone bluetooth AND is recognised by name (Pebble Mouse comes up) it still does NOT work wiith my old iPhone 6 Plus (iOS 12.5.4), nor with an iPhone 6s Plus with iOS 10.2 even with 'Assitive Touch' enabled in Accessibility options.

Is the wheel silent - both when scrolling and pressing?

They are both operationaly very quiet but not totally silent, the same volume of noise as the buttons make when depressed, so not a lot of niose at all. I have had no problems with this mouse, spot on for my requirements.

Do the buttons travel much distance when clicked? I need something with minimal travel due to carpal tunnel issues.

Hi - I have had carpal tunnel syndrome and still have issues after release treatment. I find this particular mouse very good for the condition - the buttons only take very little effort to press and out of all the mice I have used with my condition, this has been the best one. It's difficult to measure how far the buttons move - it is very little - approx. 1mm. The wheel takes slightly more effort but the movement is roughly the same as the buttons. The wheel moves very freely. The wireless connection works well to. So, I do recommend it for people with wrist issues. Hope this helps.
