Yes, but it will require you to write a macros using Mackie commands and MIDI control messages either inside your DAW (rarely available), by binding commands to a separate programmable 'button box' to send the remap, or by using a programmable virtual MIDI controller. All these options require proper understanding of the MIDI protocol and so are often overlooked by neophytes who then complain things do not work. Out of the box, no it does not do what you want. Nothing does.

Has anyone tried this with Vegas Pro video edit software?

Not me, however, the unit is specifically designed for DAW (digital audio workstation) use with overlay templates for most software currently on the market; such as Cubase, Ableton, Logic, etc. It supports the following operating modes; Mackie Control, HUI and MIDI (Musical Instrument Digital Interface) and also has an "MC User" mode where the individual buttons can be assigned by the user. Does it work on a Mac with lightroom cc

It will work with the Lightroom Classic version, not the cloud based one that Adobe just call Lightroom. You can download a shareware plugin for Lightroom Classic called Midi2LR that works with Windows or MacOS. It takes a bit of setting up but there are plenty of examples on the web. It works very well and speeds up sorting and editing quite a bit.

Will it work with After Effects amd photoshop?

Yes you can get this to work the those programs but it's not a straight out of the box solution. You'd need a third party midi translator like Bome's MIDI Translator Pro. It's not straight forward and will some time and patience to get it working, but it can be done for sure. I'm looking to buy one of these for photo editing and it's the same process of setting it up, Hope this helps.
