Lepro 12V LED Strip Light 5M (No Plug), 6000K Cool White, 2300LM, Stick on

Wow! I didn't expect this quality for the price I paid.The LEDs arrived on a small plastic roll with red and black wires on the end. The wires were great for the first installation and I used terminal blocks to connect to them.Every third LED there is a cutting marker so the ribbon can be cut to length give or take about 4cm.Every 60cm or so (estimated, can't remember exactly) there are solder blobs marked + and - that you can reattach a 12V DC cable to. When you do this, the LEDs on each side of the cable light, so if you had to cut before the connection point they aren't wasted.They are a bright daylight white, I don't need a high CRI rating I'm not using them for photography just in my motorhome. They look as described to the naked eye.I replaced a 16W fluorescent fitting which was dim with about 1m of these, it's way brighter than the original fixture and uses just 3W.I also installed in the rear garage of the motorhome, just a 1m strip at one side is suffice to illuminate the large space at night.In the rear is 3M tape. Beware of cheaper brands offering poor quality tape that doesn't stick... I bought and returned one! This is very sticky and easily holds itself even when installed upside down.All in all highly recommended, I'm hooked and already ordered a second roll 😉

When I first opened the light I thought it looked a bit cheap and nasty. No problem though as when I tested it I was surprised at how bright it was. Fitting was very easy as the sticky backing is easily enough to carry the weight of the fitting which is very light.So I stuck it under the kitchen cupboards and connected it up to the light switch circuit and it looks fantastic as it lights up the oak flooring.

Bright lighting strip which sticks up quite well. Note that this (mine at least) does not come with a power supply and requires a 9v AC adaptor rather than a USB type power-socket.

I read a lot of reviews on led strips, and in the end bought these, and I am very happy with the purchase.They arrived on time, and I was unaware they arrive on two spools, with a female connector already fitted. I have several transformers off old gadgets, and soon found one that fitted.I used them cut down to light two display cases, so had to cut and solder the connections, which I found easy, as at certain areas along the strip solder is applied to the + and - areas, so soldering was easy.The led's are super bright, and they stuck really well, at the moment its early days, but the adhesive seems to be fine. So I know these are not the cheapest on Amazon, but I would certainly recommend this item.

Well I'm hoping it stay 5*.I have attached it inside my horse trailer. Work super . Just hope sticky stuff works ok. Will know over time. But tbf they are great and easy fix. I cut the ends and just attached to wire. Then stuck and cut off tape. Super easy.

I was looking for plain LED strips which are NOT on wires for undercabinet lighting in my kitchen. Great purchuse, excellent price, highly recommend. They are very bright and sticky, took just a few mins to stick them to the bottom of the cupboards. Wanted a very bright light to see what I am doing while cooking and these are excellent, pure white, not bluish, cool, not warm. Decided to install them in 3 rows, 2 should have been enough to achieve this brightness, now I am not sure if I need a ceiling light lol I have also bought a 12 V transformer driver from amazon which was connected to the led strip. Electritian put some cables in my walls so I can switch these lights on with a light swich on my wall. I believe if you buy an adaptor it also works that way and you can plug it into your existing sockets, your kitchen doesn't have to be rewired 😊 If you have an open living kitchen, or your kitchen cupboards don't have (high) pelmets, I suggest you to install these on the inner side of your pelmets because these lights can hurt your eyes if you sit down and look at the led lights from down there.

Great LED strip with Good adhesion, bright white LEDs and close enough together to make a bright continuous line. Used as an uplighter from a pelmet in a hall and look superb. Easy to cut and solder wires on to the PC track for additional length. Hopefully good life but only time will tell!

Ich benutze diese LED Streifen um Train Save Vision Röhren mit meinen N-Modellen zu beleuchten. Nach einiger Suche bin ich hier nun endlich fündig geworden, denn diese Streifen geben ein exzellentes weißes Licht ab welches die Farben der Modelle gut wiedergibt. Es ist nicht zu kalt aber auch nicht zu warm sondern von der Temperatur her genau richtig. Der Streifen selber ist erstaunlich dünn und flexibel, er hat fast schon papierartige Eigenschaften. Der Kleber ist ausreichend fest und klebt zumindest in den Plexiglasröhren ganz hervorragend. Ich habe insgesamt 3 Rollen bestellt und mir ist keine einzige LED negativ aufgefallen. Alle drei LED's oder 5cm kann das Band gekürzt werden um die optimale Länge zu benutzen.Der Grund einen Stern Abzug bei diesem eigentlich optimale Produkt abzuziehen, wäre in der Verarbeitung der Übergänge der LED-Streifen und dem unsauberen Klebungen zu suchen. Denn die 5m pro Band setzen sich aus 1m Stücken zusammen, welche aneinander gelötet wurden. Diese Übergänge wären an nicht sichtbaren oder entfernten Stellen unkritisch, in meinen Plexiglasröhren nur ein paar cm entfernt von den Modellen fallen derartig grobe Lötereien natürlich unangenehm auf. Das war der erste Punkt an dem ich Hand anlegen musste - eher eine Lapalie. Der zweite, richtig arbeitsintensive Punkt war, das sich an nicht wenigen Stellen (je enger die Streifen im Innern der Transportrolle lagen) der Kleber sich vom LED-Streifen gelöst hatte (Bild 1) und ohne Eingriff in der Röhre unschöne Dellen ergeben hätten. An diesen Stellen habe ich mit einer dünnen Nagelschere den Klebestreifen trennen müssen. Da ich zu diesem Zweck den Abdeckstreifen (welcher den Kleber schützt) nicht auch unterbrechen wollte, war das bei insgesamt 3x 5m eine sehr zeitintensive Arbeit. Das Endergebnis hat sich allerdings gelohnt.Da das Produkt sehr umweltfreundlich ohne Trafo verkauft wurde (Trafo ist natürlich separat erhältlich) und ich mit dem Resultat vollauf zufrieden bin, addiere mal einen Stern wieder rauf und vergebe also volle Punktzahl!
