XLS Medical Appetite Reducer, Hunger Control for a More Efficient Weight Loss, 5 Days Treatment, 30 Count (Pack of 1)

This is an easy to swallow tablet that works by combining with water, swelling in size (therefore don't eat/chew or give to children in case there is a choking risk) and filling approx 30-40% of your stomach, making you feel full and controlling appetite. I usually drink a glass of water with the tablets and follow it up with a cup of tea and eat a meal approx 15-30 minutes afterwards. I am using this product in combination with Lighter Life 5:2 food products that are high in fibre and protein and total approx 600 calories on a 'fasting' day. The 5:2 diet is typically 500-600 calories a day for two days and the rest of the week you eat normally ie approx 2000 calories a day, so it fits very well with a social life. There are other 'gel-like' fill your stomach products on the market such as Slimsip. I personally prefer XLS appetite reducer but you may want to compare it will similar products and shop around because Boots, Superdrug and Amazon etc often have discounts available. It is not a cheap product so you may want to see if you like it by buying a smaller Trial Size pack initially, but in combination with Lighter Life food (all veggie friendly which is a bonus) it is helping me to stick with the 5:2 diet, using willpower alone I struggle to keep to 1000-1400 calories so to get to 600 calories is a minor miracle.

I’ve been taking 2 tablets with big glass of water, it feels like tablets never goes down, stays on my throat. Also, didn’t make me feel even half full, Ive still been hungry as crazy. I didnt see any change at all

I have mixed feelings about the XLS Appetite Reducer to be honest. I work out regular at the gym so thought these tablets would help me get rid of those stubborn few pounds. The first box worked and I actually felt full so ate less, no snacks etc. The second box didn't do a thing, very disappointing!!! They tasted extremely minty and to be honest made me feel sick. I stuck at it thinking it was just me. When I purchased my third box, the capsules made me feel exactly the same. So all in all, I am glad that I tried these but won't be purchasing anymore. They may work with other people and that's great but in my opinion I wouldn't recommend them! So I'm sticking to the gym and trying my hardest to eat more healthier and stopping the snacks, that's my way forward!! 😉

Was not really thinking these would work , only take 2 a day , I take them when my stomach growls and feeling sick, drank with 250 mls of water ( hate plain water) but OMG within 20 mins no noise ,no growling no unpleasant feelings at all , felt as though I'd had a good meal , Deffo works for me , dieting is hard enough ,and having these to calm those annoying times when your Hungary, is brilliant highly recommended but I must admit I'm passing very large stools ,which has only been happening since taking these tablets

Personally these didn't work for me. I took as instructed however they didn't reduce my appetite at all. I purchased the 5 day trial and it states on the pack that "After 5 days you may feel the first benefits" and then recommend you take for a month to see any weight loss boost. They are supposed to be a gel which swells up inside you so not sure how you have to wait 5 days before they kick in? Also, these tablets are HUGE, twice the size of any normal capsule so if you struggle even a little bit to swallow tablets, these are not for you. Disappointing.

These are the only appetite supplements iv taken that actually work . They make u feel full reduced my appetite in half and after 3 days I wasn't even hungry at all . No side effects was amazing dropped half a stone in 2 weeks

I’ve tried other pills but theses are tops. They work for me and lost 4 lbs in a week that’s 2 bags of sugar in weight. My jeans already fit better. I need to shift a stone before Xmas and I know I can do it with these pills. I only take 2 a day. I don’t eat lunch but drink 2 large bottles of water a day. I feel full and don’t snack. If I were to it would only be an apple or banana. They are my saviour. I will break for Xmas then return to them on Jan
