My grandson played with this all day

Wow! This is extremely fun for any age at all, but NOT babies The best part is that it moves excellently, and can knock down the skittles that came with it. It’s super amazing, especially if you have the Sphero app 😊. Definitely recommend to purchase as a reward or as something extra special.

No idea why I need this in my life, but glad I do. You'd think the novelty would wear off quickly, but so far so good. The cats love it too. Loses half a star because there's no on/off button inside so you need to charge it every time you use it, and another half a star because the plastic cover is too slippery for hard floors and it keeps getting itself into a death spin when I drive it into walls. Hope they start selling rubberised shells like they do for the bigger ones.

My 9year old daughter loves this. Easy to use and keeps her busy. Bought another one for my niece.

Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 28 August 2021 Purchased the robot and a new kids pro 8 hd tablet to drive it. All downloads well but as soon as you try to connect to robot the kids profile security settings on the kids profile does not also location settings so cannot find the robot. Works well with the adult profile but is useless with the fire kids profile. I understand the reason for the location settings being tied down but as a parent, I would like the option to turn the location settings for an individual app on and off for just this reason. Amazon have you fed me in the fire film of sphero but as far as I can see it is an Amazon platform issue.

Remember big trak, the programmable tank? Now picture that in a ball that you can also code! It's great fun and can be a great start to simple coding, which is why so many schools have them. Only criticism is that the app seems selective on which apple device I use and recognising the sphero for binding.

As I always wanted. The product is good for beginner who want to try to code.

But it is worth the time

Très bien pour apprendre le codage

My seven year old loves it and has been able to figure out the different functionalities, including the scratch programming, with very little help from us. It is a favourite activity at the moment. I might suggest either ordering the case or saving the box, as the Sphero mini is small enough to easily misplace. Even something like a pencil case would do.
