Continuous problems
I've barely had this product two years and have already given up on it. Between connection issues and the sound completely cutting out during recordings, it is not worth the money. Even when I have enquired about getting it repaired or even recycling it, I am told the repair work would cost more than the actual product. The customer service is not great and clearly once the warranty is up, you're left with little options. Very disappointing.

Ottimo prodotto
Perfetto, qualità audio in registrazione davvero formidabile, consiglio comunque un microfono a condensatore esterno, ma quello un terno per iniziare va bene. Ottimo venditore

and "Natural" ness of the Voice is the best I've ever heard
The Condenser mike on this device is the BIG Surprise. I own a Neuman M149 tube Mike for Singing Vocals (Think Celine Dion kind of vocal sound), and Sennheiser mk60 shotgun (Famous for capturing movie dialog) that I use for Educational Narration - running through a Pro Apogee PSX100 Special Edition AD/DA converter. I've used all for at least the last 10 years. They're great. But ... while I haven't had time to detail test the ONE on singing yet - for Narration straight into MacBook Pro - it beats the pants off of us BOTH Super High End mics. Next surprise ... same is true compared to the Apogee MIC 96k. (Though the MIC IS the more Bassy Narration Sound You may Like more than me and Beautiful as to that application. Especially if you need more lifeless dry sterile sound with a super quiet noise floor to apply effects to later.) I A/B'd Select dialog (very scientifically) the 4 mikes optimizing each through the ONE (with the exception of the MIC - that also has it's own AD conversion straight to Mac) The ONE's Openness, Air, Intimacy, and "Naturalness" of the Voice is the best I've ever heard. You sound like yourself. Important to me because the closer to perfection you can capture with the mike, the LESS you have to use effects for dialog. And ALL effects I've ever tried hurt the Delicate Timber of Sound (with the exception of Pitch Correction for reasons I cannot fathom.) Of course, we need some effects, but starting out with this great track really puts a smile on your face. About 11 or 12 inches is ideal, any closer and you get an proximity Bass Boost that is fine if you're looking to sound Radio Announcereeee... or give body to a thin singing voice, but there's a Perfect Spot for Clear as a Bell. The Hardest part to believe is that the Neuman cost over $5000, and the Sennheiser over $2000 back when I bought them. And the Apogee PSX 100 was also Thousands (I don't remember how many, but it was a huge improvement at that time.) And now, I prefer a $249 device. Literally ... prefer. And I suspect I'm going to find the same for Singing. Incredible work, Apogee - Thank you. Paul Larisey PS Yes I did make comparisons of the expensive mikes both through my Analog Preamp +48, and testing tracks input via the XLR in to the ONE providing the +48 boost. The ONE Pre-Amp won THAT battle too, as even the best of those takes were clearly not as open, airy, natural sounding and delightful as the Built In Mike on the One. Obviously, they seriously "tuned" that mike to the AD converter, or vice versa, and whoever did it has a VERY musical ear.
