Can anyone please tell me how thick this cable is in millimeters?

I have a 2.44m the thickness of the cable is 6mm

Why does 3cm of this cable cost £3.68? Compare the prices of the 4.57m and 4.60m lengths, and the disparity equates to more than £122 a metre...

1 end in to avr sub out and the other end in to the Left input on my jamo 200 is that correct ?

I believe most single connections to subwoofers tend to go to the left channel, but it won't do any damage if it's the wrong one. Simply try it and see. I'm making an informed guess that AVR is AV Receiver, so, yes, connect to the RCA socket that is labelled "Sub Out" or similar.
