Being a vegetarian I take omega daily. These tablets are great. Easy to take and a big bag to last a while

Great for vegetarians
As a vegetarian, my eyes get dry and sticky/crusty since I don’t eat fish oils. Taking these capsules fixes that perfectly, so I buy them regularly.

Fantastic value and no more cracked heels.
Nowadays we have been conditioned into thinking that expensive equals the best, and cheap equals inferior quality, so I was wary of trying these as they are of such exceptional value. But I am so fed up of being ripped off with ridiculous prices that I tried them. As a vegetarian I can attest to these being suitable for a vegan/vegetarian diet. And as a cracked heel sufferer I can attest that they contain what it says on the pack (I had no idea that lack of Omega 3 6 and 9 is such a common cause of cracked heels until I read up on it about a year ago. I started taking it, and the crack on my heel disappeared). So I thoroughly recommend these and they are fantastic value - the best I've found.

I'm not a vegetarian so didn't have the issues that other people had. Like the fact that the package could go through the letterbox. Dont know if one of the capsules has burst because the capsules seam to be surrounded by oil; don't know if they are made that way so that they don't stick together.

Used these as an vegetarian option mainly. However omega 6 caused me health issues of iflammation which I'm combating with omega 3 fish oil now. I'm feeling better
