The first one I ordered was bad from the start. I was able to use it with less than the rated performance for two days before it gave out completely. I returned it and they sent a replacement. It worked perfectly. I'm able to pump around 27 gpm 130 feet up from the bottom of my well to the top of my water tank. I can fill the tank 15,000 gallons in 9 hours. I bought the 4 year extended warranty but for the price I paid its just icing on the cake. Great little pump. I just ordered another one to keep in the shed as backup for our small farm but I'm not counting on needing it.

I am writing to provide feedback on the pump I recently purchased. After experiencing numerous issues with my previous equipment—including pump failures, blown capacitors, and faulty relays—I decided to install this model as an alternative to the more expensive options suggested by my local supplier ($660 - $1000). The installation process was straightforward, particularly regarding the 1-1/4 inch pipe fitting and the electrical connection. My current configuration involves pumping from a shallow well to a holding tank 130 feet away with a 40-foot lift. Under these conditions, the pump is reliably delivering 20 gallons per minute. I am very satisfied with the performance thus far and am considering purchasing a second unit to keep as a spare.

I bought this pump because my mom wanted better pressure than her old 1/2 HP Starts with M pump could provide. It could barely manage 50 PSI. I did an areator install since why not they did it that way in a housing development I install septic electronics in. Literally dropped the pump into the tank and plumbed it into an 86 gallon AO Smith Pressure Tank solid 1.25 inch PVC. I posted a video of how long it took to pump the system up from 0 to 70 PSI. The only bad thing I could say about the pump is the built in check valve failed on the first pump up. I could hear the water going back into the areator. But they do highly recommend you install your own. To the person complaining that the 0.5hp pump couldn't do 80 PSI. I've NEVER seen a 0.5 HP pump do much over 50 PSI. It takes at least a 3/4 horse to do 80 PSI. Their 1 5hp 115V 4 wire that I got does it without issue and more. Picture posted of that as well.

I was happy to find a pump that I felt would relieve the water pressure from the foundation of my house. Several years ago I hand dug an 8" diameter 20 foot deep hole in a flower bed next to my house. I lined it with a perferated 6" pvc pipe and used it to monitor the surface water level in the ground. I was curious if I could detect before hand, if the water height would indicate potential flooding into my basement. There was a direct corrolation. This year with a heavy snow fall in Utah and Southern Idaho, I looked into the potential of finding a pump that was small enough diameter and only 110 v that I could put down my pipe and slow the height of the water pressure. I found such a pump and ordered it thru amazon. When the delievery date appeared and passed, but no pump arrived, I was upset to see the water level did rise to the height of my floor. Unfortunately although I was confident that the pump; and its use, could be useful in maintaining a lower water lever, the pump was delieverd to a wrong address. A later appology and refund did not prevent the water from entering my basement.
