It should work fine, I have read that this is one of the HOTAS sticks that supports OSX and though I have no mac games to try, my Mac running Yosemite detects this as a T-Flight Hotas X out of the box

So long as your game allows control input from multiple sources I can't see why it wouldn't work with those pedals. The throttle has a rocker switch on the back usually used for rudder control but it can likely be remapped for something else if you have the rudder pedals.
