Helped with a painful back
These patches are great. Until I used them I wasn't sold on the idea that they would help that much. Having recently hurt my back quite badly I decided to give them a go and boy did they make a difference. These patches are larger than most and are really two patches joined together, but not in one solid patch - two patches with a join in the middle. This design I found made it so much easier to get the patch exactly where I needed it to help relieve pain. The patch starts to warm up after about a minute of taking it out of the package. Pull off the backing paper and then apply it to your skin where you need it most. I found I didn't have any problems with it peeling off, it just stayed where I put it even with moving around and getting on with my day. I did not find the heat excessive but it was enough for me to feel it working. It lasts for 8 hours then you remove it - which was really easy to do. The heat treatment then seemed to last for a good few hours more. You can only use one patch in the same place during 24 hours and the instructions indicate that they should not be used when sleeping in bed. If your skin is sensitive then the patch can be stuck to your clothes in the area where you have pain. I was very surprised how well they worked and they stopped my back going stiff to the point I did not need to take any painkillers. I am very glad I gave them a go and would not hesitate to use them again.
