Philips Saeco CA6704/99 Coffee Oil Remover 10 Tablets (Pack of 1)

I can’t recommend the Philips Saeco CA6704/99 Coffee Oil Remover enough! These little tablets have been a game-changer for maintaining my coffee machine. Good product

These are branded Saeco, but they are the identical tablets to the Phillips ones and work out slightly cheaper. They seem to do the job as part of your routine coffee machine maintenance.

Best thing i always get for my coffee machine

I use these tablets weekly (1 tablet each week) to remove coffee deposits from my espresso maker and they do a great job of flushing out leftover oils and grounds. Make sure you follow the instructions from your machine manufacturer when cleaning - I recently changed coffee machine manufacturer when my old Gaggia Baby Dose stopped working after many years and the manufacturer cleaning instructions for my new machine were quite different. It's worth pointing out that these are for removing coffee deposits only and if you live in a hard water area as I do, you'll also need a descaler to keep your machine in the best order - for example: WoldoClean I 50x Descaling Tablets I Descaler For Coffee and Espresso Machine I All Purpose I Limescale Remover I Descale I Decalcifier I Each Tablet 16g

Ho acquistato questo prodotto dato che da un anno che uso la mia Saeco HD8427/11 (macchina manuale con portafiltro) avevo fatto un paio di cicli di decalcificazione ma mai cicli di sgrassaggio. Ho acquistato il prodotto e fatto come indicato chiaramente nelle istruzioni e cioè mettere il gruppo portafiltro e filtro dentro un contenitore con acqua calda insieme a una pastiglia e lasciarla sciogliere e poi agire per circa mezz'ora. Dopo mezz'ora con un pennellino ho pulito tutte le parti in ammollo e risciacquato con con acqua fredda e infine erogato un caffè a vuoto tanto per essere sicuro che non ci fossero rimasti residui all' interno della parte pressurizzata del portafiltro. Il risultato di migliore erogazione del caffè è molto visibile nonostante già in partenza non fosse particolarmente pieno di residui. Lo consiglio a tutti specie a chi, come me era abituato a lavare queste parti semplicemente con acqua dopo aver fatto il caffè!
