I was not looking for a top rate player but just one for everyday use with a good reproduction and volume and this proved to fit my requirement at a very reasonable and low cost. The only drawback was the quality of the earphones which were poor and did not preform well but use of my existing headphones resolved this problem.

Nice enough ok for listening to music in bed and travelling, you don’t disturb anyone

Good for the money but runs out of battery a lot.but would recommend if you don't mind buying batterys every few weeks.

Do not buy this rubbish, and do not buy anything from this seller. Yet another great British rip-off. The so-called CD 'player' has never worked. It cannot be switched on with batteries inside, and will not charge into the USBC portal. It belongs in the garbage, as does its manufacturer, the seller - and Amazon for marketing it.

I bought this retro player to be able to listen to my huge collection of cds while doing other things without annoying my son with my choice of music. I'd bought Groove products before and was over the moon with those, but this retro personal CD player, not so much. I put brand new rechargeable batteries in and used the headphones that came with it. Sound was very tinny so swapped for my cheap earbuds and got way better sound. It even sounded louder. Sound was even better, and slightly louder, when the player was plugged into my portable mini speaker. However, it didn't get through one song before it started to 'hitch'/'hiccup' - and it it kept doing it. Thought it might have been the batteries failing so put player into plug socket but still had hic ups - in every song. Tried 3 different cds ALL had the same issue - even when flat on a table. So how it would be while walking around I dread to think.... and I'm not even going to try. I'm unimpressed with this player and not sure how long it will last before dying. Yes it's cheap - but for the price I paid it needs to work properly. Is that to much ask?

This is a good cd player, very powerful with a lightweight casing and deep sound system.

read mixed reviews about some of the cheaper CD walkmans. This one arrived yesterday. Played some classical Cds on it and sounded good - used with my own headphones. Having used an old Sony walkman before this was just as good: buttons hard to read but it’s all about how the music sounds. No complaints there, perfectly good. So far so good

At around $11 it beats $100 unit ! Groov-e plays CD's that others won't Play !

I purchased this item and returned it back as it has a malfunction and does not run audio CDs. Also, the casing is very cheap and of low quality.

J'ai acheté se produit car je possède une tour Bluetooth dock iPod et je voulait pouvoir écouter mes cds avec la tour et c'est le cas .Le produit et simple d'utilisation plutôt complet pour un produit de base au niveau du menu rien de bien compliquait fonctionne avec des piles ( non fournis ) moi personnellement j'ai acheté un chargeur mural avec prise usb et sur le lecteur cd il y a une prise charge universelle et c'est parfait .je vous conseil le bloc alimentation goobay ( photo jointe ) qui est absolument parfait et complet . J'ai branché mon lecteur cd sur les entrées rouge et blanche derrière la tour et sur le lecteur cd sur la prise casque et ensuite position auxiliaire sur la tour et c'est que du bonheur .Budget lecteur cd 25 euros et chargeur 16.99 euros ...
