The DreamWisp replacement nasal cushion in small has been a game-changer for my sleep. It fits perfectly—snug without being too tight—and the seal is excellent, with no air leaks. I’ve been using DreamWisp for a while, and this small cushion is by far the most comfortable option for me. The silicone is soft and gentle on the skin, and it holds up well after multiple uses. Great fit and durable
This was a great replacement for my cpap mask. The fit is wonderful and comfortable. It has really held up well in the time that I've owned it.

I don't have a very big nose but the small/medium size was too small. The large one, this item, is perfect! It fits so snug, soft, and comfortably! I will definitely purchase this again in the future, when the time comes to need another one.

Fit to my nose!!

I bought this in hopes go replace my old Wisp cushion. However, as soon as I compared it to my old one, immediately saw the glaring issue. The opening is triangluar, not round and doesn't fit the tubing. So it won't work.

I Forgot I don't have Wisp Tubing & Mask anymore. So it's Completely Useless. However it is Exactly the Same as Wisp.
