Yes it comes flat packed and you have to put it together but it is a lovely dolls pram.

My daughter is 98cm tall will the pushchair be too small for her?

My Granddaughter is of average height for her age. She was bought this pram when she was 3 years old and played with it almost everyday until she turned 6 and became a little too tall for it.

By the picture, it looks like the handle can be 'folded' upwards by pressing 2 buttons on either side to make it smaller for storage, is that right?

I can't remember as I gave it to my granddaughter as a Christmas gift I know that the buttons on the side of handle enable you to alter the position of the handle above the buttons, thereby lowering the handle for smaller tots and straightening it for taller ones. My granddaughter is tall for her age and at 3 she is using it fully straightened. hope this helps
