These are amazing quality spikes I have been using them for a while now and have ordered around 10+ packs and will continue to purchase these spikes when I need new ones. They are very good quality and will last you around 4-5 meets at the athletics track (depending on how much you use them) I use these for about 1 hour ish each meet doing sprints and long distance running as well they work perfect

Ideal spikes for track and XC
Always keep spares whether for Track or XC season and these Ultimate Performance spikes are cheap enough to keep a few sets of each size handy in my kit bag in case of emergency.
