Fantastic jigsaw.
My class have loved this jigsaw and it has really helped their learning. My only quibble is that the join at the bottom split quite quickly. It has not affected the use or enjoyment of the puzzle though. Great product.

Puzzles
Very good quality . I buy this for my son ho has 5 years old for reception. And also I buy from Melissa and Doug the Solar system puzzle floor and it s is very big . We love this purchase and I recommend it

A really good puzzle. Although not exactly what I expected
My son is nearly 3 and loves puzzles. So the opportunity to learn and enjoy puzzles is something I'm keen to promote. The art on the animals and countries is excellent and pieces seem very high quality. My only criticism is it is not a puzzle in the conventional sense as the pieces are sometimes whole and slide into place, rather than clip into place. Not only is this different to his other puzzles but it means the parts that don't clip in, move around too eaily. Some parts do clip in but only the outsides of the puzzle to create a frame

Fun and learning
My son is 5 and I just got this for him as he starting to get more sense of what is the world we live in. I really like and enjoy most products from Mellissa & Doug. it is always the same quality.

Fantastic puzzle
Perfect for toddlers who don't find their age appropriate puzzles challenging enough. My two year old son who is obssesed with dinosaurs and puzzles is in love with this! It's pretty big with a lovely picture. I really can't fault it.

Multiple sized pieces, not traditional, but great!
At first i thought that the shape of the pieces was odd and for a moment i regret my purchase. However, my toddler loves this. It isn't a traditional puzzle, the pieces don't connect together like we are used to. They sit beside each other. Because of that there are pieces of various sizes and shapes, which makes it easier for puzzle beginners. And you also get a chance to teach them about the world map. Great buy!

Great quality
I bought this for a 4 year old, who managed to complete it with his older sister. It also had a map with all the countries on a wipe away sheet. Good value for money.

NOT FIT FOR YOUNG CHILDREN
Very poorly designed. Jigsaw falls apart whilst trying to fit another piece. Not fit for purpose and certainly not for young children

Fun puzzle for the class

Great puzzle
I bought this for my 2.5 year old for Christmas. It's true that some of the pieces don't interlock, but rather fit together but it's still a great looking puzzle....I fit most of it together for now...but it allows for a conversation about the ocean names and continents as the map is labeled and shows animals that habitat that area of the world. I'm an elementary school teacher so I'm always looking for that learning component with things I buy my daughter and I'm happy with this puzzle. Could easily be framed too...colours are vibrant and puzzle is sturdy.
