They work if u have pain pretty much anywhere. Helps so much better than Salonpas. I found these after trying several other products. These work the best and stay on a few days. They take the edge off and give some relief. They helped in bad situations. I recommend.

The first one was great. I put on another one and had an adhesive reaction. If you are prome, avoid.

I am overweight and sit much of the time. This causes me to have significant back pain. On the advice of my SIL in Iceland, I ordered these patches and tried them. I wasn't really expecting them to work considering that there is no medication involved. The first few hours I didn't notice much difference, but gradually I became aware that my pain had lessened. The next day it was gone altogether. The patch stayed on very well the first four days (even during showering), but on the fifth day it began to roll a bit. The pain relieving effects continued throughout the entire five days and even lasted through another day without it. I wish they were a little less expensive, but I will continue to purchase them because they work so well!

These are just regular patches, like pain patches. Only, they are much thinner, difficult to put on and keep on. There's no way they last five days. I made it to one and a half days. They do absolutely no good whatsoever, even if you believe with all you have. They are axlet down of epic proportions, which is one thing oeople in chronic pain don't need. There really is no smell.

I'm not sure exactly what is in these patches that work for my husband but uses the patches all the time. He used to use the joint flex cream but these seem to last longer.
