Do I still need to dilute this product before using as mouthwash and how much do I use ?

No. You can use the 3% as a mouthwash. Use as much as you would a normal mouthwash but just make sure you spit it out

Toxicity? I drank half a cap-full of it and had a racing heart all night, get headaches from moving head/walking stairs for last 3 days. Any solution?

Yes go to a doctor now. If you are lucky its not strong enough a solution to cause damage but hydrogen peroxide is a strong oxidiser and corrosive so you need to get checked out. I won't ask why you drank it but I would strongly advise you dont do it again.

How do you white teeth with this, does it really work, and does it hurt like the teeth whitening strips?

1 part water 1 part hydrogen peroxide and it does if you have sensitive teeth but if weary of using it as mouthwash (which can be done daily as it isn't strong since you dilute it with more water before use) colgate expert has a tooth paste that contains it which can be used twice daily

will this purify/ detoxify my body in a bath together with magnesium flakes?

I use very diluted for mouth wash magnesium flakes and bicarbonate of soda would be better peroxide far too harsh for skins ph you can add Himalayan salt instead of bicarb both cleansing DONT wash your hair though if u dye it these chemicals will remove dye to a certain degree especially bicarb
