It helps me digest large meals. Does what it says on the tin. A bit expensive compared to other brands but I guess you pay for the quality. If you are sensitive to lactose, you'd need separate lactase enzyme with a max strength in addition to this one.

I'm actually Mark's wife posting, something I very rarely do. I have Hashimoto's, the thyroid disease that swings hypo to hyper and back again. I have leaky gut and could not get or keep my food down and now I take, at the moment two but soon to be reduced to one, with each meal and my guts are happy and calm, the first time in five years. Anybody struggling with the thyroid should see him, keto is a hard diet to turn to as we are all addicted to sugar, I gave my children natural fruit juice as one of their five a day only to realise I was poisoning them.

Have been taking these for a while now as I was recommended them my natural doctor. I still think they are quite expensive though, but I'm gonna carry on taking them for a while.

have been using this product for over a year, getting excellent results, beats prescription medication for tummy problems any day of the week. have been buying from cheapest seller for over a year now and thought I should write a review to help others. My balance has been fully restored, going to stop using to see if symptoms return......was told to use until tummy settles.....it has, bowel movement are regular and normal so stopping after this batch runs out.

After developing a sensitivity to sugar after a severe stomach upset, I found I could not even digest the smallest amount of chocolate. This is a broad spectrum enzyme so it contains sucrase which is needed to digestion sucrose (sugar). Many enzymes don't contain this. I have found that after being on these enzymes for several months, my digestion has started to recover.

Specially recommended by my nutritionist and the best on the market. Worth paying extra in my opinion.

I think the product is good but a little concerned that there were only 88 capsules instead of the 90 advertised.

This product doesn't seem to help me any, despite having issues digesting the complex carbohydrates (disacharides) they are intended to assist with. I had just as much of the same old GI distress as without the enzymes.
