Great discovery

I was so happy to find these after trying buckwheat flakes (YUCK). I was missing porridge as I'm now intolerant to oats and this is a great alternative. I grind them up and change the texture to make it smooth, but it tastes great. Good value

Very tasty

Very nice toasty nutty flavour. Fantastic when added to muesli or porridge. So much better than standard wheat...for minor gluten intolerance. Will order more.
