I'm really happy with my purchase of the XLS Medical Fat Binder and I am about to purchase another pack. I found it to be a great support for my diet. Over 7 weeks I lost just over a stone and, whilst I'm sure this had a lot to do with the fact that I was (generally!) careful with what I ate, the XLS Medical Fat Binder definitely helped. However I disagree with many reviewers saying that you need remember to take them for every meal otherwise the whole day is lost if you miss one set. The tablets work on the meal that you have just eaten, and nothing else. Therefore if you have a banana for breakfast and you don't take your tablets after, don't worry, it was only a banana, and the next set of tablets will work on your lunch once you take them after you have your lunch. As for side effects, I suffered none. In fact, toilet-wise things improved and flatulence reduced. This would have partly been because of the improvement in my diet, but I believe this was also to do with the tablets. That said, side effects will occur in some people, as is the case for any drug or medical device, therefore it is worth checking other reviews (and more importantly the patient information leaflet) for more details on possible side effects. Finally, I found that they made me feel fuller for longer, and curbed cravings I also had more energy, but this would be more to do with the weight loss itself. There are a lot of reviews that say that it didn't work for them. It's worth reading them. There's also quite a few reviews that say it did work them. For me, it worked an absolute treat, so I'm giving it five stars and I am looking forward to losing another stone over the next couple of months.

Have been taking for only a week along side a good diet and their fat belly tablets, and to be truthful I ain't lost a lbs, I've just maintained my weight, now normally it's the first week you see good weight loss, I've still got 3 more weeks worth to take but to be truthful I'm joining a fitness class now so won't know if its the tabs or exercise, I wouldn't buy again I feel it's a waste of money, BUT a friend has been taking raspberry keystone and colon cleaners and has lost 5lbs in a week I've read the reviews and its half and half lol but a lot cheaper than this so I think when I've finished with this I will try the raspberry one out, read up of that one before you waste your money with this. I dont normally write reviews but felt having read 3/4/5 stars reviews where some say they lost a load of weight Iam very suspicious. luckily I only paid £24 before they recently hiked up the price. These tablets did nothing for me I remained open minded about the results and followed the instructions to the letter. I experienced no side affects though I did sometimes feel bloated. They are not a miracle, weight loss is unfortunately a lifestyle change. Ive since found Water its self stops you feeling hungry, without the need for tablets, eating less and exercising is the ONLY way to lose weight and keep healthy. For those saying they lost a lot of weight, I can only assume they were eating lots of fatty foods, not eating well, and never drinking water before trying XLS Medical. I would go as far to say a placebo affect may have taken place where because they were consciously eating better and drinking water they did lose weight. Iam sure if you decided your going to lose weight, your in that mind set, and once you take the plunge to purchase the pills you are sure these pills are going to work. I guess you may read my review and ignore and favor the 5 stars reviews, but Iam sure once you try you wished you had listened.... Los primeros días que tomé estas pastillas se me redujo un poco el apetito, Pero a partir de la segunda semana volví a tener el mismo apetito. Hago una dieta baja en calorías y bastante estricta, tomó mucha agua y hago ejercicio, y las pastillas no me han hecho ni reducción de grasa ni peso. Así que total engaño y decepción porque no he notado ningún efecto más aparte del que ya hacía yo con la dieta y el ejercicio. Llevo dos semanas sin tomarlas, y bajo lo mismo que cuando las tomaba.
