I'm currently on a high protein strict diet that requires no salt. Within my diet plan I was recommended Mrs dash salt free seasonings as a way of seasoning my meals without the added salt. My trainer is American so a lot of the foods and sauces he recommends are really difficult to get here in the uk. I googled around and was absolutely delighted to find Mrs dash on Amazon. I purchased several flavours to try out which included this one, lemon and herb which I use for fish, spicy which I use occasionally for chicken and garlic and herb flavour. My meals consist of a lot of chicken and fish which can become really bland so I'm very thankful for these. Mrs dash also does marinades but sadly they aren't available in the uk and shipping is expensive so at the moment I will continue with these. These aren't available of prime however when I order these they always arrive within 2 days. I'm very happy with the products and service offered by this particular company and would recommend regardless of a strict diet or not.
