Would this light color shirt version work on mid-green? (I'm looking at "Kelly Green" t-shirts)

Can you colour in the image once you've transferred it on to a t-shirt?

Yes but only with permanent felt tips, preferably ones specifically designed for fabric use.

This transfer paper works well on close woven fabrics such as t shirts and sweatshirts. Other fabrics will take the transfer but how well, depends on the tightness of the weave. This transfer does not work well on rough surfaces or very textured ones.

does it work on sweatshirt and hoodies and does it work on grey or pink or black t-shirt/sweatshirt/hoodie?

This transfer paper will work on any tight woven fabrics so sweats and hoodies are ok. It will not work on black colours. You can use it on light coloured fabrics as long as the image is SIGNIFICANTLY darker than the background onto which you are printing,
