HealthSmart Pill Crusher Red

Great gadget, doesn't create the mess or bits of tablet flying about when using a pestle and mortar, keeps tablet secure inside unit. Easy to use, put tablet in upper part of container, turn red screw until it stops, hey presto a fine powder is created. Will crush coated tablets but leaves some of the coating intact, but not in too greater pieces that might make swallowing awkward.(works for my father, and he used to struggle to swallow even tablets cut in half)

I bought this crusher as I wanted to take calcium tablets which are on the large side to swallow, this takes less time than crushing with the back of a spoon. Good little crusher, does take a few twists but good enough for me.

great aid if such a product is required. Bought for my wife who rates it highly. Very practical and easy to use.

I needed a pill crusher capable of crushing large calcium pills. This crusher did the job well and without too much effort. My one complaint is that it does not crush the pills as finely as the one I was using formerly. However one cannot have everything.The former crusher had the big disadvantage that it was a real struggle to get the crushing process started.

This is great for crushing down my large vitamins. It takes a few turns to grind them down to a fine powder but it's easy to do and takes no time at all. It has a handy little compartment to put your pills or supplements in and overall it's very good value for money. Very pleased with service too. Highly recommended, thank you :)

These are pretty useless for crushing to a powder, they crush but then large pieces get pushed to the side where it doesn't reach to crush, so I found these way too expensive for such a poor performing pill crusher. Waste of my money, I wish I could get my money back, at least then I would increase my rating, if I could give it zero stars, I would.

Pills can get stuck in the crusher so you need a spoon to get the small excess powder out, but in general it works well and I use it daily

Great product.Really crushes/grinds it very fine.Unfortunately grinds it too fine for my mum, but that's just her preference.

Non è un "tritatore" ma uno "schiacciatore": se la pastiglia è molto dura non riesce a romperla. Non ha una lama o similare che aiuti a frantumare, quindi va in crisi con pillole piatte e molto compatte.

I’ve had this for a couple years now. No complaints! It works well. Sometimes the pills get stuck in the container, but if you are only crushing one type of pill then you don’t need to worry.

Sencillo y práctico, quizá un poco grande porque tiene depósito para llevar pastillas. Lo compré para mí madre y buscaba un método sencillo que no tuviera que solucionar problemas con las cuchillas y éste me pareció el más sencillo y seguro.

I have been using this pill crusher for several years. The only problem that I have found with them is that if you drop them on the floor the bottom cap covering the pill holder area will break. As for crushing pills I have not had a problem. I just had the first one strip out on me but I use it for about 5 years before that happened. I have ordered several of these over the years and they have all worked well. The only reason I have ordered serveral is that they were hard to find and I wanted to have them on hand. I normally use them on smaller pills but the now have a few pills that are hard to crush. I figure that is why the older one stripped out.
