Purchased this to offer to guests as a non-refrigerated coffee bar organic/clean option, and take camping. It does clump although I haven't tried adding it to water first as the instructions say. It's a tasty alternative! Thanks Healthier Comforts!

It tastes good and it’s portable. You can enjoy quality cream for your coffee any place and any time. Those fake powder creamers are awful.

Takes a bit of stirring to get lumps out. I poured through a sieve to get all lumps. Great product to have on hand when you’re out of half and half. Flavor is good.

I have ordered many brands of powdered heavy cream and none have tasted so bad! This doesn’t taste creamy at all, but has a terrible off taste as though it’s bad. It ruined my coffee! It must have sat too long on the shelf. I don’t see an expiration date on the bag, but I won’t buy this brand again. I would not recommend this brand, or at least not from Amazon.

I took it for an overseas vacation so we could have coffee in our room before setting off for breakfast. For some reason, it set off the detector at security, and then they proceeded to go through everything else in my bag because of it. Not sure what is in it or on it, that caused this. The cream itself tastes good, but it clumps terribly. I couldn't whisk it, as there was nothing in my hotels to do so. Tried mixing it with a little coffee at first, then finishing adding coffee, but that didn't do the trick. I guess it was better than not having cream!

I had a friend suggesting that you could add some to the instant nonfat dry milk to make it taste a lot better. It works great for it for more drinkable milk. I added a little bit when I made mashed potatoes and they tasted richer. When I opened the packet I removed it came in and put in a mason jar and vacuum sealed it in order to extend it after opened. I didn’t have any problems with mixing it with the instant milk powder. No unusual lumps. When I saw the price of it I thought it was kind of crazy but then I realised about how long time it would be around until empty and how much it costs for a pint of heavy cream in the store it ended up being a really great value. Once I need more I will definitely purchase more of this product.
