When I moved to our new home in the countryside nearly 4 years ago, I was worried about the size of the spiders that I would encounter in September/October. Our neighbours moved in just before us and had quite a few whoppers to fill me with dread!! I saw your spray and decided to give it a try. To be honest, I didn’t really believe that it would work! Well, I ian delight to dry that every year I spray it around my doors, onto our window sills and air bricks. It’s really easy to apply and I haven’t seen a single spider. We have little ones ofcourse but no whoppers!! We have 2 dogs and the door is open a lot and we sleep with our windows open.

This mostly seems to work! More than I can say for another similar product I bought from Amazon at the same time. I'm about to buy this product for a second time. I have to remember to re-spray it every few weeks around doors / windows if I really want the creepy crawlies to stay away. I've seen maybe two spiders inside all winter / autumn after spraying this, compared to TONS last summer before I bought it. Agree with the reviewers who said don't put a big picture of a spider on a product made for arachnophobes!!

I bought this product two years ago after we bought a new house in a rural village and the owners said they get a lot of spiders. I confidently sprayed all the doors and windows in the house. We didn't have too many spiders that year - maybe a handful throughout the spider season. Last year I didn't use it due to a combination of family circumstances and sheer laziness. Because of this disastrous situation we had at least two or three spiders in every room in the house all year. That was pretty annoying but my arachnophobia turned into more of an exasperated "Oh, not again!" every time I saw a new spider and my partner graciously and patiently took them one-by-one back out into the garden. This year, I have sprayed one window already and am scarily close to the bottom of the bottle, so am ordering another bottle right now so that 2019 will be a better year for the whole family :)

Don’t waste your money, it simply doesn’t work. I’ve tried it over a 3 month period during the summer in the UK, and it mad NO noticeable difference. Yes I cleaned all traces of spiders from the cameras before application (and every time I reapplied). The cameras had IR lights built in and this or the heat attracts spiders. I’ve literally got cctv footage of spiders partying on my cameras. The only thing that decreased the sider activity was me cleaning the cameras every time I reapplied the spider repellant. I did this once a week.

Firstly, I have a huge fear for spiders ever since I was bitten by one in the middle of the night, in bed whilst sleeping a few years ago. I bought this after a huge hairy spider almost crawled right up to my face whilst laying on the sofa watching TV the other week. It is spider season after all (worse time of year). I used almost the whole bottle spraying every corner of my flat and finally felt less like a stranger in my own home... for a few days. In the pass week or so, I have seen another 6 huge hairy spiders crawling around (who knows how many I haven't seen). I don't live in the country side in a huge house, I live in suburban London in a tiny 1 bedroom! I luckily have spider killer which has saved my life (I can't go anywhere near to remove them from the flat). I am wondering if I am seeing more, due to spraying everywhere and they are all coming out of there hiding places as they can't stand the smell.. or.... does this actually attract them and I am unknowingly inviting them in? I did also douse the whole door frame around the kitchen door as I found a couple in there and didnt want them coming into the other room, however I saw one a day later run straight through without any issue. This makes me think that maybe this spray doesn't work. I have ordered another bottle as I have nothing else to use and will update my comment if there are changes, but at this point... i'm not too convinced. Currently sleeping with one eye open :(

bought and applied as per instructions. i feel like i needed to be quite liberal with the product in order to get good coverage/effect. So far so good - just moved to a country property where they have just been harvesting fields around us, and all manner of spiders are making an appearance, and since i have applied it, i have seen none in those areas. Little bit cautious of applying to internal walls/skirting boards etc as not sure if it will stain...? i did not like the smell of the product when sprayed, and when being liberal with it to ensure effectiveness, the smell is more intense (obviously)... window frames, ledges and sills all sprayed and so far so good. Have used nearly whole bottle for a second application as a few more spiders have appeared in the house since i first sprayed. i think it could be partially helping, but i still have conkers in strategic places, and am cautious about leaving windows open in the early evening. Also more vigilant about hoovering up cobwebs and keeping corners of windows clean to discourage visitors from setting up home!

Bought this to combat a constant infestation of spiders in my garage/workshop. Used a lot early on but gradually, no more spiders. Almost a year later, one or two beginning to appear, so bought another pack of the repellent. Spiders all gone again. Easy to spray onto any surface. No marks. Great in hard to reach corners and narrow spaces where the spiders love to hide. For me - worth its weight in gold. Strong recommendation.
