Unfortunately, my recent order didn’t arrive (very easy to get either a new order or a refund however), but I’ve used this brand and their mouth gel before. It really does help with toothaches and mouth ulcers — completely numbs the area and gives long-lasting relief. It’s one of the few gels I’ve found that actually works as described. Definitely worth keeping in the medicine cupboard for when you need quick pain relief!

I bought Orajel Mouth Gel to help with a sore mouth / ulcer type irritation and it does give some quick relief, but I wouldn’t say it’s a perfect solution. . The numbing effect kicks in fast and takes the edge off the pain . Helpful for short-term relief when eating or trying to sleep . Easy to apply and the tube is handy to keep in a bag or bedside drawer . Works best if you use a small amount and target the sore spot properly Where it loses stars for me: . The relief doesn’t last very long, so you end up reapplying often . The taste is a bit strong and slightly medicinal . If your mouth is really sore, it can sting a little when you first put it on Overall it’s useful for temporary pain relief, but it’s not a long-lasting fix. I’d buy it again in a pinch, but I wouldn’t rely on it as the main solution for ongoing ulcers or denture sore spots.

I had a wond near my lips after removing wisdom tooth and it was swollen and really painful as I couldn't eat or talk. This relieved the pain 100%.
