Baketivity x Duff Goldman Unicorn Cookies Kids Baking Kit

I had a little sleepover planned for two of my nieces and my cute mom bought me this set to do with them. They love to help in the kitchen and this was so much fun for them. Since there were two kids, I had to get an extra set of gloves. I have a box of latex gloves so they both ended up using those since they fit their hands a bit tighter. Each one did about half of the jobs. they are 9 so old enough to understand the instructions with a little help when they couldn't get things quite right. they were so excited to construct the cookies and actually have them come out looking perfect. I was pretty proud of myself for getting them to not spread and actually look like the unicorns on the box! the instructions taught me a little something about cookie making too! The set is obviously a little on the pricey side and I don't think we'd use it every day. But it was a fun sleep-over and special day activity. We did use other sprinkles - I had gold and silver and purple so they dove into those. By the end the unicorns were pretty over-decorated but they were so proud. I really enjoyed helping them do this. As far as taste - every cookie got eaten! The frosting was only mid - but if you follow the instructions there isn't a ton of it anyway. So all in all - it's a great little learning set!

Such a fun activity to do with the kids everything you need is included

My younger granddaughter is 8, and loves to cook (and she’s crazy about unicorns). This was a no brainer. The cookies turned out great. I should have bought two.

My niece loved the gift, but she has not used it yet.

Not for young children. Too complicated

Well thought out ingredients for a fun project.

Rainbow unicorn cookies — cute and taste good. But you must be homeschooling your child to have the luxury of taking 3 hours to bake 10 cookies.

I will order again
