Product fine, express delivery slow!
The product was fine (I had to order an HP because another cheaper brand would not work in my printer because it was 'an unauthorised product'). However, I was unimpressed by the express delivery which took 4 days for an extra £8.00. I've now made a mental note that cheaper alternative products can be a false economy (fortunately the inks work in my HP 100).

Drum? What Drum?
I didn't even know what this was until it flashed up on my printer "Imaging Drum low" - Help! I work from home and there were no instructions in English at all, and so I just fiddled with the machine until I found a flap where I realised this drum was and went onto good old Amazon and then found this wonderful company who not only sold this cheaper than anyone else, but I got it the next day - because I can assure you working from home you cannot afford to be out of these things for more than one day. I will definitely return to this company for more.

Ich kann nicht verstehen, warum sich immer noch Anwender mit Nachbauten und Refills rumschlagen. Von auslaufenden Kartuschen, bei denen nicht mal die Verschleißteile gewechselt wurden und dann den Drucker völlig versauen abgesehen, leidet sowohl die Druckqualität als auch das Gerät selbst. Auf Farbtreue kommt es bei Schwarz ja weniger an, allerdings auf satten Kontrast, klare Kanten und gleichmäßige Flächen. Wem die Seitenpreise mit Originaltoner zu teuer sind, soll sich gleich ein Gerät für höhere Druckvolumen kaufen und nicht eines was zum Selbstkostenpreis billig verammscht wird um dann über das Verbrauchsmaterial finanziert wird.

Very easy install
The item was delivered very promptly, within a matter of two days. Although initially concerned about the installation of it, the instructions provided were very clear. The entire process took less than five minutes. Having used it for a couple of weeks, the item is of very good quality and equal to the original equipment of the printer.
