I always wear these now. The absorbtion is great.

A bit bulky
A bit bulky but will offer protection for leaks and floods. Unlike pants will not take repeated flooring when out and about, but nice not to have to wear the pants all the time. Don’t alway need, but very good absorbency when needed. When full I would not sit as it will be pushed out so if out an about need to find loo immediately. Have tried other thinner band which claim same protection but they will not hold floods. 4* as not hold when full and sit.
