This pump is worth its weight in gold multifunctional and time saving i should have got one sooner as i have five tanks recomend this to anyone .

All looks good. But has been sent with USA adaptor so can't use it until i spend more money to get proper 12 v adaptor. Have asked seller to sort it out. Will change and update review if things get sorted I ended up buying adaptor for it as seller had no response. It has very poor suction and very slow water flow. Dirt at bottom of tank not tsucked at all.. useless. Will try and send it back

Why did you choose this product over others?: Better than many I've tried. Great for water changes in larger tanks. In my smaller tanks, the sand cleaner is too long, so the motor is not submerged. It removes water very quickly, so for cleaning you have to work fast! If they had put a filter where you could remove debris whilst returning water to the tank, it would have been better. Effectiveness: Makes water changes much easier

I had previously bought a well recommended hand pump Syphon and my god it took us 2-3 hours everytime we wanted to do a gravel clean and part water change it was horrificly difficult. Sore this one and the video looked great but I was still sceptical but thought I'll give it a try anyway anything has got to be better than what we already have. Used it today first with out the additional hose so the water got filters back into the tank which was fantastic! Cleaned up all the fish crap within 2 minutes which we had been struggling to keep on top of with our other Syphon. And then we did a part water change and to empty the water tank 2/3s and filled it back up 2/3s within 10 minutes. Absolutely fantastic peice of kit and so so so glad I took the risk and bought it !

Really worked for me and cleaned the gravel very well. Really fast water changing. Like all of these devices you do have to adjust around the task to make the most of it but it worked for my tank and cleaned the dirt from the gravel very well -it was evident of the dirt that came out in the water and also the difference of the gravel cleanliness

Works great, have used this on both a small 56 litre tank and a 240 litre tank to clean them, remove and replace water during water changes.

Weak pipe, hard to use for water change as pump only works with a full tank. Waste of money.

Really good product so easy to use

Very weak. Doesn’t suck up any of the dirt in the gravel. The pipes are badly made, and so kink all the time.

Got my tank nice and clean would highly recommend it

Takes a while to get the hang of it but it does a good job.

This was amazing the first 2-3 times I used it. Powerful suction and great concept just cheaply made. One week past the return date window it just fell apart, blowing the hose off of the pump because the plasic threads won't hold. Would try a different brand because it is quick and convenient
