Birthday Monsters! (Boynton on Board)

I love the books by this author, particularly this one. It was given to me for my son's 1st birthday. My son loved this book when he was little and enjoyed having me animatedly read it to him almost every night (for about 5 yrs!). We both had it memorized and now it has been passed down to my grandson. Whenever I am invited to a baby shower this is one of the books I purchase to give to the parents to be and hopefully their young children love this book as much as mine did. Thick cardboard stock pages and small for little hands to help when being read to or just looking at the book by themselves. Fun story too!

This is a great story that kids and adults will love. One of Boynton's best!

Sandra Boynton books are so much fun to read, and babies and kids love to listen to the funny, bouncing rhymes, and to read along with you when they are a little older. This book is very sturdy and perfect for little ones. Great quality!

I buy this for nearly everyone I know who has a baby. Such a cute book! My kids, who are 28 and 30, can still recite this word for word!

Such a great book! I like most of Sandra Boynton’s but some aren’t that great... this one IS! It’s so cute and I love how it flows. Easy to read, really cute, and funny. So glad I bought it for my one year olds birthday.

Sandra Boynton has become a family favorite for us, and once again has captured my son with her fun storybook! The board book is tough enough for my 1 year old son to thoroughly enjoy and has lots of colorful pictures for him to follow along as I read the story.

Bought this for our baby’s first birthday. It is beyond cute. She loves it and we don’t tire of reading it. Definitely in my top 3 favorite Boynton books from the parent perspective. This is a book that I think will grow with her more then some others (e.g. “Are you a Cow?”).

I love Sandra Boynton books and this one is no exception. I just love the look on the hippos face. Its a great little story and you just can't believe these birthday monsters are so naughty but of course there is a happy ending.
