QWORK® 45A Battery Terminal Connector, Quick Connect Disconnect Modular Power Connector - 10 Pairs

I recently purchased a cheap (~200w) portable solar panel, and the connector that came with it was a match for this item. They appear to be good quality and for the price I am happy with them. They crimp really well, and were easy to use with my standard Lucas connector style crimp tool. I’ve had no issues with inserting or removing them from the matching solar panel connector, and they appear to make a solid connection that handles the 10 or so Amps at around 20 Volts. Each pole (red and black) slot together well, but I have used a small dab of superglue to keep them together as the outer cover doesn’t fully clamp them together as a pair.

Exactly that. these are not the easiest to fit but once mastered they are very good. The connectors are long lasting and can be fitted together in a variety of configurations to make them non interchangeable with others unless they happen to be configured the same way. Choosing the right wire and deciding whether to crimp or solder is important and assembly is just pushing the connector into the housing. Some sort of tool like an electrical screwdriver is needed to push the connector fully home and then to decide which of the 4 different configurations to use and then feed and load are configured the same way. The only possible risk is that 2 feeds or loads can be connected together with the same ease which can cause problems if 2 feeds of different polarities or voltages are connected together. Disassembly is possible but fiddly and they seem to be perfectly happy to handle 10 or more amps without problems

Contacts are not easily swaged and difficult to insert in holder. I fortunatly, had some left over from a previous purchase so used them an binned these. Will Purchase from reputable UK supplier in future and accept delivery costs and delay.

I brought these in November 23 and I have only just opened them today 21-02-2024, I have a crimping tool for these connectors but all that happens is that it breaks the edge off the fitting, I know it's not the tool or me as I have used it on the connectors that came with the tool. it is now too late to return them so It is my loss

Bon connecteur mais pas forcément simple à monter, ne pas hésiter à regarder des tutos pour le sens du montage ce n'est pas intuitif. La qualité est correcte pour un usage normal.
