Lean1 Meal Replacement Protein Shake, Strawberry Flavor, 15 Serving Tub

I've only been using this for a week and i got the strawberry & cream! First of all, it's super good!!! Second of all i've been using this as a meal replacement for breakfast, I was going all day without eating and just eating dinner then around 1am i'd wake up starving and i was just unhealthy. I started having digestive issues and all kinds of stuff. After one week tho my digestion issues have improved at least 75%, and I feel much better through the day! Will update again if anything changes as i use!!

So I used to buy the Lean 1 chocolate flavor. AMAZING. Seriously. Like drinking brownie batter or something as awesome as that. (Switched to a different shake cuz Lean 1 is a little pricey for me). Good stuff tho! But this strawberry flavor? NOPE. I couldn’t even choke it down. It is an awful flavor. Almost stale tasting? But the shake itself is awesome for what it does. I will back Lean 1 until my last breath for the quality of their product and it’s ability to help me lose weight. But just not their strawberry flavor. I ended up throwing it out BUT I give them all stars cuz the product itself it awesome! If you like chocolate, try that one first cuz Lean 1 is really an awesome meal replacement and that flavor is what it’s all about!

I like this and found it filling, and I usually do not like protein shakes.

I have had several different ones & this is the best tasting strawberry protein shake I have ever had.

Originally found this on Groupon and gave it a try. It's a great product for breakfast. I add fruit/juice/banana/yogurt to change things up and find my favorite combinations. I did not like the shake with just water/ice like the instructions say because I like thick smoothies and it seemed watered down and losing flavor. Adding an assortment of berries for an anti-oxidant shake seem to do the trick though. I tried the vanilla flavor too- it has a slight banana-like taste (??), but I can make a lot more smoothie recipes with it so I do not get bored. Strawberry is still my favorite, but I want to try Chocolate because I've heard good things.

I'm a fan of the Lean1 shakes but not so much this flavor. However, I give 5 stars to the Lean 1 shakes overall as most of them taste great, especially mixed w/almond milk. I started my journey to loose over 100 pounds a few months ago and the trainer at my gym recommended Lean 1. Purchasing the product from Amazon is nearly 1/2 the cost at the gym. The shakes are amazing at keeping my cravings and hunger at bay and my energy level has dramatically improved.

This taste really good! Even without anything added. However, I add fresh strawberries, and/or bananas to mine with almond milk and it's even more delish! I look forward to my smoothies everyday. I have been replacing 1-2 meals/day for 1 week and have lost 5lbs already along with drinking lots of water and portion control and sensible eating. No fast food or cokes either! I will be ordering more as soon as I get low. I have been struggling with weight loss since having my son, so to see something actually working is super exciting!! The first 2-3 days were hard and I was very hungry, but now it's really easy replacing 2 meals and worth it to see the lbs dropping off!
