I have tried different types of products for paper/file organization, to include filing cabinets, banker boxes, and fabric filing boxes. Filing cabinets are too bulky, and normal home-sized ones don't offer enough space. Banker boxes are spendy, and I don't feel cardboard is completely protected against the elements, especially when living in wet/humid climates. Fabric filing boxes are the least durable of these options, can't be easily cleaned, and the fabric is easy to damage. They are also way overpriced for what you get. These plastic filing boxes are so awesome, and just what I needed. They come in a pack of 4, and are a good size. File folders move with ease, something that fabric boxes sometimes miss the mark on, and banker boxes don't have. The lids close easily and securely. They evenly stack for closet storage, or even better for my purpose, they are easily slid under a bed. I got the black ones, which may not be as visually appealing to some, but I did notice it isn't the only colored offered. I didn't really mind the black option, and it was less expensive as well. The price on these is a great deal, and after having purchased and used them, I would have gladly paid more for such a space efficient, high quality, and durable product. 5/5 would recommend. I received 2 day shipping, and the product arrived in perfect condition. If I find myself in need of more file storage, I know exactly what product I will be buying.

This file holder is very spacious and holds a lot of hanging files. It’s pretty sturdy, easy to use and i like the price. Overall I highly recommend this

The totes are nice quality and will work nicely for storing my kids school projects. Deducted a star as one corner was cracked on a tote upon delivery.

I use these to create keepsake boxes for my grands. They hold all the hanging files for school (one per grade) and yearbooks! A great place for final year grade cards, flyers from dance/music/sporting events. As well as team pictures etc. They are sturdy, the lid locks well to protect the contents and is just the right size to handle easily.

I really wanted to rate these higher, but these just don’t hold up if you want to stack them. I have a number of broken lids and containers that failed with just one box of files on top of another. They definitely don’t play well with each other. If you want to stack your file boxes to save space you should find another option. Pros: Fits hanging file holders, clear making contents easy to see. Cons: The plastic breaks / cracks too easily. The lid frequently cracks if you stack the containers. They also don’t snap down onto the container securely and pop off far too easily.

This is a great, sturdy file box. I was able to stack two of them in the small space I have. They're easy to use, and they'll help me get organized. If you're looking to try it out, just go ahead and buy a set to save money...you'll keep them.

they are great file boxes. They sometimes have one corner/of one of the file boxes or lid cracked/chipped out of order of 4 or 8 file boxes. Anyway, they work great. I have been ordering them for years.

Ordered these to create the school keepsake trend for my boys as we have 3 kids and BOXES of old school stuff. We need to start getting rid of stuff and slimming down and loved the idea of this trend. These bins were perfect size to accommodate the files and seems like there will be ample space for the boys to add each year. Love that they are stackable. I tried locking the lid of 2 and that part wasn't the best but was sufficient esp if stacking them. They feel sturdy and durable for the years to come.

Insanely thin plastic. Cardboard would hold up better if you are not worried about humidity. Covers would probably snap if you stack more than 3 high. Poorly shipped. Came in a cardboard box with no padding. Had to return one box of four because the containers were broken inside. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Gouge on Shipping, Gouge on Quality.
