Helios Sleep Pillules

I bought these for my husband who doesn't believe in homeopathy or anything his GP hasn't prescribed. He grudgingly started taking them and now sleeps at least 6/7 hours a night as opposed to 4/5. I even heard him recommending them to a friend. He told me yesterday that he was getting low in them so I've just ordered another pack. So they work very well and have no side effects except a good and restful nights sleep. I've bought other tablets both herbal and homeopathic but none did the job as well as these. Helios is a brilliant company and long may it remain so. I would highly recommend these if you need help sleeping. As well as removing all screens, blue lights etc from the bedroom, and making sure your curtains really exclude the light.

I have trouble sleeping. Mainly I can get to sleep but can’t stay asleep. It is always a worry especially if I have to get up for work. If I wake in the night my mind is active and ticking and it feels impossible to get back to sleep. I have used many many things over the years with degrees of success but have found these homeopathic tablets really quite useful. I have used them when I have woken up in the night and then read a book for 45 minutes to an hour and have found that I can settle back down which is amazing and anyone who does not sleep in the house what that feels like! The only thing I’m not sure about is that I know homeopathic tablets work by initiating an energy response in the body and can’t understand why you would repeat this night after night?Once homeopathic tablets work you should stop taking them so I’m not sure exactly what to do. Definitely worth a try if you are struggling as they are safe and non-addictive always a bonus.

I have purchased this item for the first time and must say that for me it early works well. I have always had difficulty getting to sleep and have tried prescribed medication and alternative therapies, some work, some don’t, but for me this was absolutely does. I take it as advised about 15 minutes before bed, making sure I have not had anything to eat or drink beforehand as, with all homeopathic treatments is the case and once I get into bed have no difficulty getting to sleep. I have even used it if woken in the night to help me get back to sleep, which is also a problem for me and it has been successful every time without fail. If I am particularly stressed I take a dose of the stress relief too.

Did not do anything good to me...any effects at all. Useless.

I have both a problem getting to sleep and then staying asleep for more than a few hours. All prescribed medication leaves me too woozy the following day so having looked at many alternative options and having had success with other homeopathic products in the past I decided to try these. Not a complete success but I at least they do help me get off to sleep a bit better on some evenings and with some effective breathing even back to sleep too. However the 3 star rating is because of the container these pillules are housed in. What a fight each night initially to actually gain access to one of these small help mates. I have turned the capsule upside down, shaken in various positions till my hand aches and eventually resorted to the gouging out with scissors the plastic bung on the top. Of course there is then no way to get the plastic back in the capsule or the lid on securely so it stands in the bathroom with the top precariously balanced but at least I have access to the product now.

I trust in this make of Homeopathy and have used for some time. work quickly & effective help to ease into relaxation.

These didn’t work for me . Back to Nytol one a night but take half a night . May work for someone else but unfortunately not me.
