I take two every day and if I'm on a course of antibiotics I up the dosage to 4 per day - really helps prevent thrush

I have used this many times. And I will use it again. To bad the 180 capsules are not available anymore... They really do help. But watch what you eat while taking these. They really help alot whey you help yourself... with the food you eat..
