Goood product instructions a little hazy
WOW amazingly simple and amazingly quick! HOWEVER...where this fine product is slightly let down is by its detailed lack of instructions I.e. You get a playing card size photo broken into steps and I looked at it and thought Huh? But having seen the video on YouTube made it as easy as pie. I know it sounds naive but no one tells you whether to actually wet the glue or not, secondly make sure the glue strip faces you when you place the paper in the fabric strip, closed the lid and hey presto a perfect cig came out. The only reason I give the product a 4 star is that this will only use the smaller 70mm paper and DOES NOT TAKE THE BIGGER 110mm paper for a king size cig. I expect that is for practical purposes. Still that's not a major issue and placing a tip is also not an issue. Very impressive. As to build quality ....I think it would have helped to have a thicker metal but economics play a part. All good.

Expensive and loses ability to roll properly

Good machine
I’ve had this for a couple of years now ( bought October 22) and it’s still working well. I use swan extra slim filters ( just my preference) and the machine rolls well. You could use thicker filters if you prefer….. people who moan about the amount of tobacco used etc, just can’t gauge the amount of tobacco re the filter. If you put in more tobacco you get a thicker rollie, which also makes for a thicker, tougher smoke. Because it’s rolled tighter. So …put in less and it’s slimmer. Just twist the paper around the filter to firm up the cigarette so the filter doesn’t fall out… if it feels a little loose. It’s not rocket science!. It’s lasted well and I have no complaints. Occasionally the pin at the hinge moves a little but it’s easy to move it back with a knife or something similar. But I’m talking daily after 2 years of constant use. It cost me £9 two years ago and I’m still happy with it! Well worth the money imo. I sometimes store filters and papers in the tin and it’s all fine. I’ve occasionally put tobacco in there too, in an effort to minimise the amount of stuff I’m taking with me etc. and it still works. I’ve had other rolling machines and this is the best one in my opinion. I have peripheral neuropathy amongst other things and a degenerative neurological condition ( yeah yeah, blah blah blah….I smoke - so sue me!) and struggle to roll by hand. This machine never fails me and I find it easy to use, even on a bad day. So two years on with every day use… yep it gets a full 5 stars from me in every sense.

A good quality tin that's worth the investment over cheap ones.
I haven't smoked rolling tobacco in over 15 years now and I'm still terrible at rolling. After having unreliable rizzla tins in the past I went for this one, Considering the length of time I'd not used one for I still made perfect cigs first time with this Product using slim "not super slim" filters. The tin seems relatively well made and is deep enough for a days worth of tobacco including papers a tube of filters and a slim lighter it also doesn't look tacky it has a decent mature look to it. The curtain is made of fabric and performs well. The only down side to this tin is the arched bottom which reduces its stability but not so much as to make it difficult to use. I noticed reviews saying this tin makes poor quality loose or too tight rollies, now that is in the most part user error! Too little tobacco and it's baggy, too much and its tight and unsmokable. The trick is to use a level of tobacco packed lightly but firm to the height of your filter and you will get a fine smoke pop out on closing the tin. The ejection of the ciggy is smooth and the tin closes with a reassuring click. This came for me today and I have made about 50 rollies to test the tin and it has performed brilliantly as new. I bought this myself I'm not one of these "ooh I got sent this and I'm going to tell you what you want to hear for free stuff kinda guys" If you're looking for a tin and you're willing to experiment with the amount of tobacco that is right to make a decent smoke then give this one a shot. OK its a tad on the expensive side but it does do the job well. I've had a few brands before and this doesn't seem leagues apart from the rest but I'm glad I bought it now. Give it a shot, if still not happy blame the duck. (me)
