Tyroler dustpan is absolutely amazing I brought it back from Israel and while the movers were trying to figure out how to pack it they were trying to pull the handle off the rubber I told them I don't think it comes apart the mover gave me a look almost offended telling me do I really think I'm the first person to bring back this product? Every person brings us back from Israel! I was really excited to find out that they sell it now in America I bought one that I was having problems with it I contacted the company and their customer service was absolutely amazing! They gave me a new one without any problems and they were real pleasure to deal with I recommend the smaller dustpan and the not the rubber one they are overall a great company. I also love their broom it's a great pair together

I picked this dustpan so I could get fine dirt up like beach sand . With that being said the good thing is the rubber lip does work good . The down side is no matter how hard you push the handle into the dustpan part it keeps falling off . It is a lot heavier than other pans and more difficult to empty . I would like to find another one with this rubber type lip but not like the rest of this one .

What I like best is that there is no bending to pick up the dirt. My favorite part is that dirt goes into the dustpan and not under. Saves time!

I was intrigued when I read that the base was rubber, and figured the lip of it would work great. It did! But...when I tapped the handle on the green waste trash can, to get all of the leaves out, it dented it! So of course, as I'm using it when I sweep outside, it started to give way each day where it was dented...compromising the integrity of the metal handle. Well...I just grabbed another handle off of another broom, and you would think that it's a universal fit right??? It's not!!!So I got to throw the whole thing away!!!What a waste!!! The base was in great condition, but unless they make you buy handles from them, which I don't know and that's pretty crappy, nothing will fit.So one big suggestion to the makers of this "rubber dust pan"...make the handle out of steel and not aluminum! Your customers will be more happy about it. Oh...and I would have taken a picture of it, but I chucked it in the trash because I was pissed.

It’s really difficult to empty completely due to a deep lip in the pan. Also the pole is really handy for collecting debris while sweeping, but it’s very awkward when I empty the debris.It solves the problem with sweeping and collecting debris into the pan but getting the stuff out of the pan causes another issue and some unique frustration.

The metal handles came in separate pieces to assemble. Upon picking up one of the pieces to assemble it, dirt started to fall out of it. I shook it and more came out. I picked up the rubber pan and could see the bottom was abraded from use. Poor quality control. This item should not have been shipped out.

I thought buying a flexible dust pan was a good idea, however, The handle doesn’t stay inside pan and keeps falling apart while sweeping. I’m not happy with this purchase because I have to keep re-attaching the handle that only stays in place for a csweeps.

The Rubber dust pan it the answer! I have run this over in my power wheelchair and it springs back, I have swept up liquid, this has a much smaller frust line {dust left at the end of the pan} than most any other dust pan. The best part is, it stays up on its own so sweeping into the pan can be done with one hand, this is an excellent answer to buying a $20 set once a month due to smashing issues from high speed power wheelchair collisions.
