New Smart Dolby Atmos Soundbar, Black Bundle with Wireless Surround Speakers (Pair), Bass Module 500

This system is exactly what I hoped it would be. The Bose AI really helps pulls the dialogue out of the audio and bring it to prominence. We were having to watch most movies these days with close captions on, but this cured the problem. The surround sound is mostly subtle and atmospheric, then surprisingly effective when appropriate. (A crash, explosion or perhaps the sounds of a train rolling by in the background are suddenly real.) Setup is easy although, I did have a little hiccup; I called customer service and they were great. It literally came down to unplugging and plugging it back in for everything to connect. Frankly, I should have tried that before calling. But they were happy to help. It’s run perfectly since.

Beautiful sound..but when u oder it they should tell u u need the stand for surround speakers and which ones. But love it

I am really disappointed because of the lack of quality in this product, each speaker has a box that plugs into wall outlet for it's wireless receiver. The surround speakers are good the woofer module has been sent back in for repair within 6 months, worked for a short time and is now faulting again. With the amount of money spent and brand of unit I had much better hopes only to be crushed and let down.

It says it's wireless but technically it is not the small surround sound speakers have a wire and signal box that plugs into it. You can hide the wires behind the wall or get the plastic adhesive wire holders and mount them on the wall looks better then having the wire just hanging there

The item did not come with a HDMI cable, mounts for speakers or instruction manual. It was very difficult to get it put together and working. We had to call Bose customer to get help. We will not buy another Bose product.

Rear speakers don't connect

At first I got althea wrong order. They fixed ot super fast. I love it.

Came on time. Easy to assemble, a great buy from a very excellent company. I could not be more pleased with the Boze and the company that sold it to me.
