I got this cable as I ordered one from another company on Amazon and it was faulty, so my DVR couldn’t connect to my PC. This cable is great, worked right away. It looks sleek and goes nicely with my PC set up. It also feels sturdy and is a really good value for money - especially for a 2m cable!! I hope it will continue to work well.

I had this cable as part of a daisy chain setup, camcorder -> firewire cable -> firewire to TB2 -> TB2 to TB3 -> Macbook M1 Pro and it worked perfectly. (For reference the firewire to TB2 and the TB2 to TB3 adapters were both the official Apple ones) Digitised all my MiniDV tapes successfully, and this cable was excellent.
