Yeowww Catnip Bags, 28.35 grams,Green

The foldover cardboard display at top is stapled through the plastic catnip pouch, making it non-airtight. No date on the packaging to indicate how many years or decades ago it was packed. The artwork - clearly Fat Freddy's Cat "inspired" - has no copyright or tm or mention of Gilbert Shelton, who is still alive and elderly and could use some royalties from people trading on his life's work. I stuffed this entire Oz into a clean cotton sock and tied the end off and after a month my cat has not noticed it, ever. I've moved it into obvious postiions and dangled it around and he could not care less about this alleged sample of catnip... supermarket bread makes him more excited. No, no, no. Instead? Senses catnip spray works for me. Honeysuckle-stuffed mice work too, better than this.

I recently bought my Russian Blue cross a different brand of catnip as the stuff I bought him a couple of years ago is getting old and maybe losing it's potency. He hated the new stuff and wouldn't go near it, which is very unlike him as he loves his catnip occasionally, and likes to eat it and roll in it. So, I decided that I would be better off buying him the one he has had in the past, that I know he likes, and that he was enjoying up til last week, namely this brand. It arrived today, so I opened the packet and let him have a sniff and he pulled away. I put some on his mat and after having a sniff, he was not interested at all. I compared it to the last lot of this brand that I bought, which I have a small amount of left, and it doesn't look the same. There are also some very sharp splinters of wood in it that wasn't in the last bag I bought. Considering it says it only contains leaf and buds I wasn't expecting to see those. I would be very concerned about my cats safety if he ate them, as some of them, being over 1 cm long, weren't easy to snap, and I would be concerned that they could easily cut my cats mouth or stick in his throat. The ones in the photo were found in just a palm full of the catnip. So it's a No from my cat and a bigger No from me.

This cat nip is not the same as the Cat nip I got from this seller last year. It's dryer and my cats are less than interested in it. Where as the stuff bought before, I had to hide as my cats wouldn't leave the bag alone. Not impressed with this product as not same as last purchase. Unfortunately I Won't purchase from this seller again.

My cats normally go crazy for Cat nip and I thought I'd treat them to a more prestigious brand. The only reaction to this is utterly disdain. Is it even cat nip? Waste of money, I'll just buy it from the supermarket again - much cheaper. It's a shame that I had to put in 1 star to submit the review, that's more generous than I would have gone for.

I opened the packet and couldn’t smell a thing which I normally can with most catnips, but I thought I would try it on the cat anyway as she is catnip mad. Most catnips send her into a frenzy. This one did NOTHING. She completely ignored it even when fresh out of an unsealed packet.

I bought this thinking it was the Yeow catnip I'd previously bought from ebay, however when I looked closely at the packaging it's a copy. The only reason I questioned it was because this stuff was rubbish. Really disappointed, we were using it to help relax an injured cat and this stuff didn't work.

My cats go "mental" for catnip but tried this stuff , they not interested at all, maybe i got a bad bag, but since then bought different brand from vet shop and they love that one so all i can say is i wouldnt buy this again

This is an odd one, as we have 6 of the Yeowww catnip toys (3 Stinkies and 3 balls) and our kitties LOVE them, go absolutely wild, they have and are, very loved and used daily, one of our kittens chews them, one will sit and lick them and the other just rolls about hugging them... So I figured buying the nip direct in loose form would be great, to add to other toys we already have, or to just throw around the floor at playtimes. (our oldest kitty LOVES to eat dried catnip direct) Sadly, they seem to have no interest in this stuff, I tried putting it into other toys, I have rubbed it over their scratching posts/boards, covered their cat tree in it, I have tried warming it and smooshing it in my hands first before releasing it to them. They don't even raise a whisker! - No idea why this would be, if its the same catnip they use in their toys... Maybe I got a duff batch, who knows? But sadly, this didn't work for our kitties, that actually do have a reaction to catnip (some cats don't!) Still would definitely recommend their catnip infused toys, they are AMAZING.

After several Blind Taste Tests of several brands, this is the only catnip that our five cats like, and hence I have reordered it several times. The best value for the price !

Questo è il mio primo acquisto per i miei gatti :) vanno giù di testa tutti i tre!! Ma la mia Darlin è più emozionata di tutti. Direi che sono soddisfatta dal acquisto. Grazie.
