This is good quality hickory smoked salt at a reasonable price, excellent as a rub for making pulled pork in a slow cooker.

Good salt, bag too big
So this salt is yummy! And when used on a steak holy moly it’s life changing. BUT the bag is too big for a household. I mean how much salt and how much steak do we reallly need? So like I’m hoping it will live long, because it would be a shame to throw away…. But 2LB is just too much

Better than liquid smoke
This is a much better alternative to liquid smoke, because it brings a pure smoky flavor without the weird sour tang. Combined with butter, it makes a great bacon flavor. Great for vegetarian cooking.
