My son goes through a lot of drum sticks, these are good quality and a great price I thought.

Decent but always find pro mark a bit slippy - prefer vic firth

I've been a Vic Firth 5A player for more years than I care to remember - a couple of decades at least. Recently my band has started getting complaints / warnings from pubs and clubs that we're too loud - I tell them that acoustic drums don't have a volume knob, but they're generally unmoved. I tried 7A carbon fibre rods, but my bassist thought they were far too quiet (and they feel very 'flappy'), so thought I'd give these 7A a go. No idea if they're quieter than the 5A (no more complaints as yet) but I've got used to them very quickly, the raw finish feels good in the hand and they seem less prone to chipping on the hats than Vic Firths. I'll be using these exclusively for the foreseeable.

Great stick. Suits my hands perfectly. It's short taper feels great on pads , snare and cymbals .has an awesome punch and clarity. Was delivered on time. Never dissatisfied with Amazon. Amazon is the way to go for sticks.

finition parfaite comme toujours chez pro mark. ce sont les plus grosses baguettes que je possède, vraiment énormes et lourdes (c'est de l'hickory !) ; on trouve les SD2 maple (érable) chez pro-mark, aussi grosses mais plus légères et moins denses, plus moelleuses sur les cymbales. pour ces 2B en hickory on les trouvera extra si on est un cogneur, super chouette en jeu rock pour traverser les amplis des copains et leur en mettre plein les oreilles ! elles tiennent bien en mains, les crashs sont hyper puissants, ça rebondit bien sur les peaux, vraiment agréables pour les roulements et les moulins, ça se fait tout seul, vu le poids elles reviennent très vite sous les paumes et les doigts se musclent plus vite. je ne suis pas cogneur mais pour moi ce sont des baguettes géniales pour s'entrainer sur pad et délier ses doigts et ses poignets. pour le jeu style jazz, je prends les SD2 maple.
