Can you use the eyeshadow wet

Yes, in fact I prefer using them that way. Plus, if you use a wet brush, you can combine colors to create custom shades and use as eyeliner. I find works best when you use an eye primer.

Does this contain talc powder??

I purchased the earthy essentials but it seems like my regular eyeshadow brushes are too soft. What brush would you recommend?

I use a medium firmness brush for most Laura Geller eye shadow. I own a lot of her products and found that too stiff in the brush makes the shadow darker and not firm enough calls for more applications.
