It works great and is super bright. It has a switch that it can stay on constanly or flash. You can also plug it into a power source or charge it when needed. I charged it when I first got it last year and have not charged it since. I am using it on my golf cart as required safety light, so it is only one when I am using the cart. It has to be turned on and of manually.

I use this light daily at my security job. The magnet is strong, I forgot it was on top of my car once and drove on the expressway at 65mph+ and it never moved. I’ve left it on top of my vehicle during heavy rain, hail, and thunderstorms and it still lit up and continues to work. Battery life is strong if charged and the light is bright enough to alert anyone within a good distance. This was a great purchase.

Make sure you charge it for several hours the first time. When the little red light inside stops flashing it’s ready. Charged mine for 6 hours the first time. Super bright and magnets hold the lights in place well. Price is less that have that at a truck stop. My only issue is they run between 5 and 7 hours in the flash mode. Out of the four I bought only one will go a full 8 hours. So just as the sun is going down they stop working. I looked inside the case. It has two battery’s, it needs three to last all day. I’m thinking of getting some battery’s and wiring them in myself.

I bought this to scare away the fox who kept coming under a bush by my front door. It worked great. Bad part, it upset 90 year old neighbor who thought something was wrong (after 2 nights on) and called the police. It is legal to keep it on all night. The fox is now gone (last 2 nights without light)

Battery stopped working and wont hold charge after 2 years

I use this on my flatbed truck when I have to park on the road. It is super bright and has lasted at least 45 minutes on a full charge. (I am not sure how long it actually lasts on a full charge). You can charge it with the included cigarette light cable or with a micro usb cable that you likely have in your junk drawer somewhere. The only two minor complaints I have would be: 1) There is no indicator light when charging, so you don’t actually know if your chosen method is properly connected. 2) I feel $25 is pretty expensive for what it is.
