Rather costly I must admit. **Q: will this work with a melitta caffeo bistro??** A: Yes, it will. It's the one I use for my Caffeo Bistro. **Q: What's the numbered dial on the top of the filter for? - Nothing in the literature mentions this!** A: It’s a dial 1-12 from January to December as they are supposed to be changed ever 2 months and you can turn the dial to show you which 2 months are covered eg if you put the filter in in December move the dial to 12 and 1 and then you can see when you may need to change it.
