Q: Do any of these work if I need 2.4 inches for support?

Unfortunately even the smaller one wouldn't reach your needs, it looks like you need 60.96 mm of height you could get the smaller one and maybe add something on top to reach.

Q: Does the magnetic not interfere with the electronics? Ex motherboard, gpu, ram, ssd, m.2?

I haven't run into any issues. However I have the stand under the furthest corner of my GPU from my motherboard, ram and m.2., approximately 6 inches away.
