Review: Perfect...accept no substitutes! - Perfect! Best products on the market. I made the mistake of buying the cheap inferiour copy first to save about $2 but learned from my mistake when they didn't work and so I bought the far superior LightDims. WOW! No more being blinded by LEDs around the house. My clock radio display that was so bright I could read by it, is now reduced to a sleep assiting dim glow. The red dot from my TV that made it look like an assassin had me in his laser sights? It's now a pale red circle...reminding me to stop wasting power and turn it off instead of leaving it on standby. The power LED from my sons games console that was so bright I could see it shining under his bedroom door at all hours of the night...still there. I'm not blocking that light with one of the incredible LightDims as I want to be able to go in and disturb his game! Thanks LightDims, you make an incredibly useful and high-quality product at a great price.
Review: Great product but mine was missing some of the dims - This is a really good product and dims the light nicely, the stickers adhere well, unfortunately my pack was missing all of the large stickers, some of the rectangular stickers and also some of the circles. Fortunately I only needed a few circles anyway so didn’t hinder me but it was annoying to find some missing.

**Q: Hi, will they work on led downlights that i find too bright and luminous for my eyes? they are led so do not tend to get too hot.**
A: They might work but I'd be wary, they're really not designed for that - just for the small tell-tales on electronic equipment, etc. Might be better off looking at remote control dimmable LED bulbs? (Trying to dim non-RC LED bulbs is very tricky in my experience..)

**Q: Can they be cut to shape?**
A: Yes they can be. Although there is a version designed specifically for being cut to shape - amazon.co.uk/dp/B009WTOGFK.

**Q: Can you still use your remote control as I want to use this on my tv**
A: Yes, I think so. These go over the bright LEDs to dim them. The transmitter on your remote and the receiver on the TV use invisible infra-red light which would not be covered by these.

Like most people, I have some overenthusiastic LEDs around my bedroom and I've been struggling with sleep. I'm in a shared house so moving computer and TV out of room isn't an option. I googled a few solutions and this came up - I was a little skeptical but figured it was worth a try at that price point. These work brilliantly. Dim the light so that it's not annoying but don't interfere with remote controls or anything like that, and it's still possible to see the light if you need to check if something is working.
